The PressOne is a fully electric insertion machine designed for installing self-clinching fasteners such as nuts, studs, rivets, and screws into various materials. Unlike traditional hydraulic machines, the PressOne utilizes a servo motor-driven ball screw system, offering several advantages:

• Energy Efficiency: The servo-driven system consumes significantly less power, with an average consumption of less than 0.4 kW, compared to hydraulic machines that can use up to 10 kW.
• Precision and Control: The machine allows for precise control of insertion force and position, with force adjustable in 0.1 kN increments and stroke length in 0.01 mm increments. This precision ensures consistent and high-quality installations.
• Low Maintenance: Eliminating hydraulic components reduces the need for regular maintenance associated with hydraulic fluid changes and component wear, leading to lower operating costs.
• Safety Features: Equipped with safety sensors mounted on the ram head, the PressOne ensures a fast and safe production cycle, enhancing operator safety.
